Change Your Thinking Change Your Life

The New Year always brings a chance to reflect on issues that have not yet been resolved, and behaviors that we would like to alter.  I will give you a little homework assignment with the close, and my suggestion is that it be done.  This will enable you to see the power of your own mind, and understand without doubt that how and what you think creates your very life. 

This can be a little hard to digest, as throughout history religion has taught us that God throws challenges to us at will.  Understanding that the God of my choosing was not angry was a hard pill to swallow for me.  I lived in a constant state of challenges and often my life felt as if I was walking on a bed of hot coals. 

I have now come to understand that much of what I thought if not all of what I thought was my own doing.  Even down to my diseases.   So humor me here and continue with this post.  Understand that what you put into your mind can either help or hinder your spiritual growth.  Your choice here, for God gives us all choice.

We are like a walking magnet drawing energy to ourselves as we hobble through life.  This energy has both positive and negative charges within it  and is complete as both charges are that which give life to our very being.  To see this energy, one must learn meditation and slowly but surely you will get a glimpse of that which we call the aura.  As long as you live, this cloud of energy is always around you, and working on your behalf to send and receive messages.  It is very much part of you as is your body.  It has color and each color has a designated job that relates to certain areas of your body as well as certain jobs or lessons that you are receiving.   This energy is that part of God that is within us all.  Honor it, and take care of it, as it is truly your connection to the God Force that is Universal and with us always.   Think of it this way what you send out will come back to you.  Karma yes,  it is not only our actions, but also our thoughts that create.  Thoughts are things. 

Here is the assignment:  Create a vision board for the year 2013.  Be precise, and as accurate as possible.  By accurate I mean specific.  So, if you want a new job for example you might state exactly what you would like the job to have.  Honest employees?  Less turmoil?  Better pay?  Greater challenges?  Closer location?  Be as specific as you can.  If you are seeking romance follow the same guide lines.   Many people know what they do not want in a relationship, but never stop to think what it is that they would like to attract in a good mate.   Create this vision board with chosen words and even pictures.  Cars, jewelry, all things that perhaps you have ever wanted, but felt that you were  not worthy of having put this stuff down.  Once the vision board is complete, and you are satisfied.  Put the board away for a while.....six months or a year.  Bring it to your attention and look at what the Universe provided you to have.  You will begin to understand the concept of your own abilities and power though this thought form of energy, that I choose to call God.

December 21, 2012 / The Interpretation

All of us have lived in Piscerean Energy.  This energy introduced by the teacher known as Jesus was   energy devoted to moving people around, creating new inventions that would aid in man's development, and force change upon the civilization to help with evolvement of our souls. It was energy focused  on the solar plexus located on the physical body governing the stomach. Think of Piscerean as "gut thinking".

   Every 2000 years or so Earth experiences a change of energy focused upon new lessons for our civilization.  These lessons now will be  focused upon  love or heart chakra.  Man has not yet learned much about understanding the concept of love.  Plan for a little chaos here because the energy is stronger, and the karmic repay is much faster.


Both energies are completely different, and both energies don't particularly get along.   I am describing of course my own perception, but for me, these last few days have been uneasy at best. It is as if the Piscerean energy is competing with the stronger Aquarian energy.  Of course the Aquarian energy overcomes the Piscerean energy and this departure will create a new vibration for man to embrace.  The energy is as I was told a much stronger current.  I suspect that karma now has a greater and faster return.  And yes, for those of you living without much understanding of the meaning of love it will not be pleasant. 
  Fear, anger, communication problems are everywhere.    For me,  this feels as if Mercury has not stopped being retrograde.  I suspect that these energies are not compatible and therefore bringing in the New Year is bringing a slight bit of confusion with it.  What does this change in energy predict for all of us?

Understanding the concept of Love first begins with God.  Simply put God is love nothing more nothing less.  And God gives us choice.  So, we can choose to sit by and refuse to learn.  Remember, you are part of this same energy although it is quite smaller, but you have it.  Now is the time to learn to use what you have never understood that you have.  We will survive the changes, but civilization as you have known it to be is going to take a complete "house cleaning".  Everything is going to change.  Earth will survive, yes, but the ride is likely to be a little bumpy at first until we all catch on how to walk the path.

This was a Mother/Daughter  team that volunteered for a reading.  This nice duo was a joy for me to read and was full of lots of surprises.  For one, I rarely if ever predicted death until this particular reading landed on my doorstep.  There it was!   A cross over was landing on my door step and what do I do with this?   Well,  I had to tell the truth I had to do what I said I would never do.  But because I read by telling the truth, I   only had the choice to proceed and tell what I had seen.   Never say you are not going to do something or say something.....I had to eat crow here......

Also, when looking for a reader, it is not always wise to go with a family member.   My take is that often subjects are difficult to talk about.  This did not occur, but certainly this Mother/ Daughter duo did make me wonder...  I asked them both as the reading ended to let me know if a death eventually occurred.   I will certainly tell you the readers if this occurs.  Again, enjoy and listen to some of the resistance that occurs!

Travis was preparing to work on a project.   He is a writer, a very talented man, and volunteered for me to have a reading. 

Sometimes reading for a friend is very difficult, because the reader can often hedge because of the friendship.  This was not the case with Travis.   Travis was preparing for a change and I was getting reading to be one of his volunteers.  Thinking that it might be wise for him to understand me, I asked him to allow me to read for him.   This was a total treat for me.

We as a world population are being encouraged to understand one another and accept the differences.  Often this in the past has brought nothing but war, confusion, and later chaos.   It is becoming clear to me that as long as we continue down this path, it will always bring discord. 

Acceptance of others and the differences that we all share is the challenge.  This particular reading ended up with a hint that this would occur.   Families are evidence of what happens on a small level also happens on the world level.   The saying used in metaphysical terms here is "As above so below, as below so above".   Which means in expanded terms if something is true on one level, it will be true on a larger scale.  Families often invite new relationships into the group, and then attempt to encourage the new person to change.   Sometimes that even is down to their career.   This is a  prediction that only brings more calamity to the relationship. 

Our job in life is not to live by what others want us to do.  We must all develop a role of our own choice, and learn to be what on a spiritual level we came back to earth to discover.   The   Toltecs called this our " Mitote".   What the Toltecs taught that unless you are able to find you own set of beliefs, and live within them you are not fulfilling your destiny.

Making decisions for changes that are needed is sometimes very difficult.  Especially when many of us at times deal with changes that "empty the nest" and  point us into a direction that creates a new beginning. 

Like all of you that have experienced this type of change in the family, it was just as difficult for me.  I was not prepared to empty the house all at once.  My reward was a bit of depression.  That being said this change ended up as a "new beginning" for me that was wonderful.   This type of change forced me to look at who I was, what I wanted to do, and where did I want to go.  Gina had such an experience.

Life changes are difficult for all of us, especially when "the nest" is beginning to change.   Naomi was into a transition of change as her role as a Mother was beginning to shift.   Her worries were over the children, but hidden from view was the denied problem of a family member which was  centered upon excessive drinking.   Perhaps the worry had shifted to the children, instead of the problem itself.
 This reading essentially concerned itself with the need for the  family meeting to have  a "twelth step call".    The problem was just on the verge of becoming a mental battle and here I stepped into the scene with a message that she was  not aware of or ready to confront.   Many of readers  might get some help here by listening to this tape.  Intervention is a serious part of recovery, and most of us on the outside of drugs and alcohol have never talked to anyone about this subject.  Maybe someone out there can have help from afar and listen to some wisdom here upon approaching a love one who might be using too much substance abuse or alcohol.

This pod cast initially had two readings.   Bob's reading was difficult for the audience to hear.  Later down the road, Bob will have another show at a turn for a reading.  I left  this script as it was because many of us do not accept changes that are forthcoming.  It is a form of denial.   Sometimes the inquirer does not see the  problem  coming "down the road".   I eventually worked into the basic problem.  Enjoy.

With both of these readings, I kept picking up a denial of some sort.   Neither of these souls felt comfortable enough to share with me, and I can totally understand why.   This is part of the problems that a pod cast presents as many of us do not feel comfortable with total strangers going places or prodding into their lives. 

If we do not see the need for change or for improvement, the Universe or the God force will do it for us.  That is usually not a pleasant thing.   Try as you might,  this happens like a spiritual freight train coming toward you without your ability to stop the unpleasantness. 

Often, the person calls in and wants to hear roses and daisies then hear me tell them, "happily ever after".   In recovery we call this a form of denial,  and often we deal with problems by simply covering these problems........then comes the Universal freight train to force the soul to deal with or accept these problems.  Such was the case with this message.

Another thought here is that I am not the " Fairy God Mother".   What comes to me in these readings is what is coming down the road.   Both of these readings  was an example of pleasant souls that really had not thought of what might be coming down the road.  Either he deals with it or not that was my message.   Perhaps anger was the lesson here that needed to be  addressed.   In any event you might agree with me.

At the end of the sentence, and my constant prodding did I discover what Tonda's problem was.  Co-dependency is a hard lesson for all of us.

All of us must go through major changes.   Change of course is a Universal Truth and life always proves to us that as we move through our lifetime of experiences  we will have to survive change.  We will continue to attract the same experiences as well until we understand what decisions are needed  to prevent all of us from "getting stuck".  The reading here focused on a woman looking for a new relationship, that was clearly in need of some home work here before  decisions could be made.   For the listeners, you will learn about many tools that might be helpful when you too are looking for the perfect relationship.

Many times, we all intuitively know that change is coming, and we make decisions to accept this truth by spiritually following the directions.  Debbie was proof of this example.   She intuitively knew that new choices were forth coming and  she followed her own spiritual advice.  This is not always easy to accept when everyone around does not like the decisions that help manifest the changes that are coming along.  Either we figure it out, or the Universe will give us a swift nudge if there is resistance.   And no matter where you run, the lessons will continue where ever you go. 

It is important to always tell the truth here, but it is also true that we do not need to tell everything to everyone.  Often parents stand in the way of becoming a barrier if what we attract full time resistance for the person who is trying to become their own self, and make their own decisions.   As children we want to do what pleases our parents and friends, but spiritually it is not always a good idea to do what others think you should do.  When you are directed to making decisions it is important to stand up and decide for yourself.  It is essential that it is not always a good idea to please others without first learning to make these choices for your self.   The second reading was for Mark.  Enjoy

Vicki described to me what I call "out of balance ", and what Vicki had been feeling.   Vicki actually felt was how we can be thrown off the balance beam by not meditating.   So what is the remedy?   Consistency with the same time. 

Within the next few years,  certainly until the changes become apparent.  It is paramount that we all learn to meditate.
Vicki was very receptive to the idea of meditation, and we were able to discuss what helps both her and me with the power of meditation. 

Until all of us learn how to meditate, along with prayer, there are going to be some rough times with this new vibration.  Aquarian energy focuses upon the heart chakra.  This energy is tied to the lesson of learning love.   Unfortunately, we were all told many years ago, that until we all learn the lesson of love, we will be stuck on planet earth.

The consequences ended with the importance for all of us to learn that we must accept the consequences of our action, and a good understanding of our energy.  Or another way to look at it is what we call karmic energy.

One of the most frightening events to happen to us is to decide to make changes that are not working for us in our life.  That might be the severance of a relationship either with a person or perhaps a job.  In this reading with John such was the case.  John was not happy with his job and decided to change by leaving a high paying job with nothing in the immediate future.   This takes an amount of spiritual fortitude that few of us have the courage to do.  John was one of these souls that was an exception to the rule, and had the courage to do the next right thing. 

As we sober up in recovery it takes about 12 months or more to "dry out".   For those of us that are fortunate enough to survive this period and survive early recovery, the gift of sobriety burst forth with a new person.  A new person who wishes to completely change the way he lives, the friends he keeps, and the old habits that no longer work for us.  John was an example of this sort of soul.   His reading revealed that he could no longer live with the " Old John".

This particular gentleman was from South America.  Throughout the reading it became apparent that he was single and looking for a relationship. 

Sometimes when we are busy courting, we do not understand that the culture of our birth may not be the same culture that we have attracted  by   moving to other parts of the world.   From what I have observed, this can often be difficult for those souls looking for a healthy relationship in an totally different world from which the one that we were born.  Picking a partner from another culture can be a nightmare....At best  all of us should be prepared to realize that many of our truths are getting reading to completely change when it comes to understanding the opposite sex.  Latin American women have many similarities with American women, but there is a need to understand when one dates another culture our world can go hay wire .  This particular soul appeared to me to be clueless about American women.  He was heading for a spiritual "train wreck" here.  

This reading for me, was like pulling teeth.  South American men are very private with their personal lives.  They are not accustomed to revealing their world to a total stranger.  This was true of this particular reading.  To help someone, even though I might be pulling up information,  it is helpful to be given a boost.   Eventually, I began to catch on with this reading.   His problem centered, in my opinion, upon not totally understanding the "American culture".    We eventually ended into the topic of a relationship which was the focus of the whole reading.   He wanted to know, but of course was very guarded in revealing himself enough.   

So what do you gain from this reading?   If you are in another country living a new life style, understand that the partner you are looking for will arrive with many other types of baggage in the way of lessons.  In this particular case, this man was so private, he really did not want a partner, but a lover.

When souls go through recovery it is always suggested that any relationship should go through a waiting period as each of us change during this exploratory time period of recovery. 

Often it cannot be predicted exactly what or which direction a particular relationship will go.  This can be difficult.  It depends upon their choices.   For one,  both sides of the equation must accept change and make choices as what is to be  expected of the relationship.   What I mean is simple.  One cannot go through recovery without the other making a similar choice.  This does not mean that one partner drags the other along to recovery, but  the partner must also chose some form of therapy to help them with their own choices. 

So many times people jump first into bed and then ask questions later, and "later" is too late.  Questions should be asked long before sex is exchanged.

Bob is my husband, and often I talk about him.   He is an economic guru for me as he always looks at the finanacial trends.  Europe is in trouble and the outcast economically does not look good for any of us.   Watching all of the delimas that all of us deal with have to do with a collapse that has long time been predicted.   In all of these years of watching the news, I do agree, but the hope is that man will learn from this mistake and pick up the pieces and spiritually began again to build a better way to live with each other.  Become aware of the situations in play.  The new energy informs us that karmic repay is much faster than before. 

As far as the time line on all of this change.  None of us are to know.  That is the lesson on earth.  Whether this collapse takes four years, ten years, whatever like it or not, we are going to have to deal with this series of events.   

I am not the only one that sees these predictions coming forth.   Society is out of balance to put it mildly, war in on the horizon, there are weather changes.  Nobody is in charge  of  anything.  This somewhat reminds me of watching an ant hill going hay wire ( crazy).   People do not want to see what they see, and our old friend, " denial" comes into play.  How can you acknowledge what you do not want to see? 

From any level it is as plain as the nose of your face that society as a whole is totally out of balance and running around not knowing what to do.   My suggestion here is to have some sort of spiritual connection.   All of my early post on this blog will give reference to the spiritual laws that are Universal in nature.   Refresh yourself upon these truths, and know that you will be able to get through this mess with guidance from the God on your understanding.   Positive energy will always win, but to understand what and how to do depends upon your ability to work with this energy, and focus on doing the next right thing.   During this time period, it is very difficult to do.  Me included.

Mark had politely asked me about 2012 while we were waiting for someone to call in.  This of course is my favorite passion.   I am sure, in a humorous way, was that Mark received from me probably more that what he wanted to know. 

Of course, all of us are not to be told everything that we think we need to know.  The task of earth or the purpose of all of our lives is to to be able to figure out our own spiritual path that we need to walk.      Our purpose is to learn or to work through all of the dilemmas that I choose to call lessons that land on our "door front" as we walk through life. 
We can either choose to learn from these experiences or ignore them and repeat them over and over and over.........

The  world is no exception on experiencing the same lessons over and over.   We will have war until we learn to stop playing this crazy game.   Not always fun here, but even groups of people repeat the same lessons over and over until they learn from their mistakes.   Sounds reasonable to me to first learn to tell the truth. 

All unpleasant experiences are of our own doing.  Not God.  We have the choice to either do the next right thing or learn from the experience that we have created ourselves....... What is your choice?

The sound quality has a poor start, but  be patient with this reading,  it will eventually take off and the voice quality will improve.   Mark and I are learning this endeavor of the pod cast.    The challenge for me is to do the  best I can do while trying to record with a cast of characters.   This has been difficult to put it mildly.

Mark and I were engaged in the energy that is needed to give reading.  Many people do not realize that this take an unusual amount of energy to give a reading.   Particularly. when there is an amount of  sadness and involves that I go deeper into meditation to find the possible answer.    Any time you are working with an individual, you are using energy that is yours.   Often,  I have bleeped into  conversation on the tubes were monks have referred to " guarding their energy".   I understood too well what they were talking about.

Everyone has their own program when it comes to giving readings.   For me,  it was suggested to learn how to use Tarot cards.   With great doubt, I at least gave this suggestion a chance, and began my journey.  Meditation is the key to the whole process of using one's intuition.  Without meditation you will never learn to fully use the complete mind.  To tune into the Universe for answers can happen  through prayer and meditation,  not your will power.   Understanding the purpose of the cards took time.    Working with cards for reading  depend upon the vibration of the soul receiving the reading, and the ability of the reader's  use of mind to combine knowledge and vibration in order to give a good  message.   A simple but complicated technique to explain and understand.   Forgive me, if this doesn't make sense.

The law of attraction is a spiritual law.  We are all like walking magnets that draw different energies to us and these energies create for us situations in living that teach  us what we need to learn.  Sounds complicated, but just what do you think the aura is about?    Your energy connection to the God source that maintains your life force and allows you to attract what you need  forever continues to draw to you what you need to learn.   Your thinking either restricts this life force or enhances it. 

In any argument it is difficult to find the lesson unless we all go within and do our homework.   I use the list of my defects of  character to understand that they were spiritual gifts that I had chosen to work on and either learn how to change these defects or allow them to be.  My choice is to observe what I attracted, and what I need to know so that I can find the proper solution in creating a better way of problem solving.   Even fear can draw bad news to us as it acts as a catalyst to draw the mess to you if you are feeding the fear all the time.  Why?  To learn how to alter your mind and keep out the crazy!

What others think of us often controls our actions.  Finding the problem with Patti was like literally pulling teeth.  I picked up a bounty of unhappiness.  Patti was not willing to discuss the find of the unhappiness, and perhaps she had not yet even thought of it herself.  We call this denial.   It finally took some talk before Patti confessed.  The argument was over the house, and the selling of the house.  Usually it is because the family is somewhat protecting the inheritance here which had a direct relationship to property and why it shouldn't sell.

The blessing for those of us who have existed on 12 step work is that early in our own recovery, we learned to peel the onion and see the life that we had created for ourselves.   Patti was not being argumentative, she just had never looked at her part in the problem.   She was attempting to move, and needed spiritual advice to be given permission to move.  That is unfortunately the part of the psychic.  What is true is that we will all die on the vine if we do not take responsibility for our own lives.  Patti wanted to go, but inwardly was frightened in making that decision.  For me, the reader I had to pull a few teeth of my own to open the discussion in a way that would help the soul.  Sometimes that can be painful, but sometimes it is necessary.

When we live in negative thinking that we created, then rest assured, it will happen.  Again, Patti was being forced to make a decision and have the faith that what the journey created by her would be.  Successful or not  her choice by her own thoughts.   This is a lesson that all of us must learn, and that even goes for me!

In regard to the second reading here, it continually reminds me that we are not in control of other lives.  Particularly. when it has to do with our own children.  Mothers suffer often in silence with worry, and literally make themselves sick.  Here was a case of two young men doing their own thing sometime successfully, but the Mother here was wringing her hands with worry.   In recovery, it is fortunate to work with individuals who are learning that they must often let go of life in order to have any sanity in their world.  Prayer works, but it is not used enough.  As parents, we often think of giving either with money or effort and it totally mucks up the whole scene.  None of us learn anything when someone always rescues  us from our decisions. 

One son was on his own great explore, the other was becoming more and more financially dependent upon the parents to solve his problems.  We call this enabling, and it is, in my opinion, the biggest booby trap of all, and creates nothing more than a pile of greater mess.   Always consider the energy when giving or receiving.  What is the payment?  Is it balanced?  Are you always giving and not receiving?   In either case, out of balance energy with give and take solves no problem.  What happens on the prediction scale is that what ever you are giving is not working.. ....Stop.

Reading for souls that I do not know is sometimes like looking for a grain of sand in the pile of information that comes to me.  To add to the difficulty, the person seeking the message is often not very open at first until I unlock the information that needs to be said. 

I will also add that although I read over the Internet with microphone, it is often difficult to read without seeing the person and the vibration.   In addition, with the confusion of the guest, the producer, and my barking dog, the reading can often feel to me like a dog and pony show.  I do my best with what I have been given at the time.   What was uncovered was the story of Willa the child of Jody.   And, what was revealed to me was her spiritual strength that she was able to use in order to deal with the financial dilemmas, health issues, and  how this couple pulled in a faith relationship while working to heal this child.  It was a good reading and a spiritual connection.

In recovery, it is true that when we help others we help ourselves, and by sharing our problems we reveal on a spiritual level that, "if I can get through this mess, I can do anything".    The second reading on this show dealt with totally what I call a first step issue.  This was a solution that only God could fix.   Living next to Mexico and having a small degree of ability to speak the language I understand.  Because of the American Spirit within me, if I were in Mexico, I too, would probably jump ship in order to survive.   The United States as well as Mexico have chosen not to work on this problem.  I do not have the answer, but clearly what we are doing is not working.  Some of our own systems whether they are aware of it or not are part of the problem.  This is a case of trying to put hold the dam back while the water spills forth from every direction.  This haphazard solution often brings into focus the criminal element with a solution all their own, and I might add,  caustic for the rest of us.  Look at the drug situation as an example.  Prohibition certainly didn't work, yet the law allowed the crime spree in to feed upon those that were determined to drink.  This is on going with the illegal drug market, and it is getting worse.   Trafficking of illegal drugs as well as people is a horror story to me with only the first step allowing some sanity here in solving the problems.   Prayer was to me the only answer for this problem, and a large amount of changing our thoughts to create a positive outcome.

This has often been a difficult subject to discuss, and with a lot of meditation and soul searching I made my own conclusions. 

Several times I have been brought into dilemmas that have required me to help either to solve crimes or to locate certain souls.  Some psychics claim to go to the absolute resolution and claim to solve the problem.  I do not profess such talents at this time, but there is a reason for my claim here.  It is karmically up to the individual to do the homework themselves.  Yes, they can ask for help, and hopefully good clues are often given, but the homework belongs to the individual that is karmically connected to the project. 

This particular reading deals with a lost father.   Upon listening to the recording that we have posted it will become apparent that I do think he is still alive,  but as of today Vickie has not yet begun her search.  Sometimes, it takes time for all of this to manifest as there are reasons  unknown to us that perhaps must happen before the miracle occurs. 

In this case the homework is upon Vickie to do her part.  I can only give what is given to me, nothing more. 

Another example that came to me was an attempted murder that did not succeed.  The victim was horrified and quite fearful of accidentally running into this  person as she was living in the same city where the crime occurred.  Again, I could not locate the person, but was able to give the information that perhaps would help her find this sick individual.  Again, as of today, this work has not been done.   I do believe he will be caught,  I do believe that she will find him, but the story has got to play out as it was intended.  Where the success occurred with the victim is that we worked on her fears together so that she could accomplish inner peace.   Remember using one's mind to solve problems is one of the major ways that can bring a solution to the present.

In any event, these particular readings are difficult because a third party is involved, and not always am I the reader able to know it all.    In essence, I am not God.  But I am a child of God with a tiny weeny bit of that energy.  Love to you all

Often when working with others either in recovery or giving readings, I find that people do not like confrontation.  I , too, was one such a soul with this bad habit.   I often felt like a  turtle returning to her shell and then spent hours justifying why I needed to be a good girl and keep the peace.  

When we do not deal with issues on a proper level, we will invariably stuff our emotions and continue  being the victim.

It was not until recovery when I learned to be honest with myself.  Dealing with events that bothered me emotionally was physically harmful to my emotional well being.  Literally, it often brought on depression, and I think much of my physical health was compromised.  Living like this was a pure form of hell if you want me to paint a description. 

It took practice and shear nerves of steel to deal with silly problems and learn how to properly confront people without turning into the Tasmanian devil.   Changing one's behavior is very difficult, as bad behavior is as natural as breathing fresh air.  So remind yourself when you listen to this tape and see if you have any similarities to this delima.   Breaking these habits is a form of confronting your fears.   Being truthful to yourself, relying on God's help with prayer, and learning to stand up regardless of the outcome takes some fortitude.  It works, and it may take time until you have had enough.

I am not going to polish this up because living in this world is extremely difficult.  Not only is the earth is out of balance, but the human race is over populated, nutritionally deficient, and over medicated.  We have forgotten a few basic rules or laws, and our health is beginning to display trouble  with living and coping skills.  Medically, it is easier to say that we are out of balance.

Correcting these problems of poor health can be difficult. Society usually focuses on using leaders or the medical profession in order for a cure to be found, and never learning how to go within for the message in order to heal.  
Medically we focus on finding a drug that mask the symptoms of illness and  not necessarily solving the problem. 

First and foremost, the body knows how to heal itself.   But living in a dirty world with bacteria ever present is not the easiest task in healthy living.  To stay balanced, it is important to work on all three groups which are, the  physical including diet and exercise,  the emotional,   and finally,  the spiritual connection itself which is the Divine source of all of our power by  engaging actively in prayer and meditation .   These three categories must be worked on a daily basis in order to remain healthy.  Accomplishing all of these categories is a lifetime study so do not expect to master the art completely all at once.

When it comes to working with another to aid them in healing themselves can be either easy or difficult depending upon the state of mind of the healer.  First and foremost, you must believe that you are able to heal someone else.  Using  crystals, colors, candles, and of course prayer can enhance the healing session, but remember it is always the Universal Energy that is large and in charge.  The outcome of the healing always works, but the type of outcome is not necessarily known.  Simply perform the best healing that you believe possible and leave the rest to the God of your understanding.  Consider it done.

Whether it is looking for a job or perhaps a relationship the message is still the same.  You will be attracting the same relationships until you take the major step of changing yourself in order to improve what it is you attract.  

I understood this spiritual law, but like all of us I thought that I was above having to work this law and learn about by living it and experiencing all that was needed to learn attraction.  For me, the rule was simple to understand and recognize in others, but it was difficult for me to practice this principle in my lifestyle.   I too, had to skin my knees with a bit of humility to realize that I first had to see my part in what I was attracting so that I could learn to turn it down. 

Alcohol, drugs whether prescription or voluntary certainly will slow down the process.  For me it took  sitting in the halls of recovery myself to learn about my own problems and educating myself to having better choices.  This was a slow practice.  The unwritten rule is that it takes at least about 12 months of recovery before we all recognize our fallacies.  This was true for me as well, and yes, like many of those who have gone before me in recovery will admit to the same.  It takes about 12 months minimum for a soul to recognize that there are needed changes to make in order to obtain a better lifestyle. 

Recognizing the flags of possible problems that  exist is a first step in learning about self.   Rather than jumping into the next job or relationship, it might be advisable to learn how to ask questions before the problem presents itself.   How many times have you, the reader, known that there could be a problem either with income or rules of the job that you did not address at the time needed because you were too focused on the prize which of course was either the relationship or the job.  Why not, because of the fear of rejection?  Didn't it turn out with bad results upon reflecting back on your behavior?   I was guilty just like many of you, the readers of this blog, have been.  All I could think of was getting the job or creating the relationship even though, I saw some obstacles that perhaps might be a problem.  I too, was too fearful to bring it up, and those problems because monumental for me as they never went away and only increased in size.
